I have just moved into a new place.. Well very old house but a new place for me. The house was in a VERY BAD SHAPE . Built in 1930's. Story short, I hired ED contractors to do lots of multiple VERY HARD task in the house. Every time I walked into the room they were working in , I said "AMAZING".
